Pre-screening is required before a showing can be scheduled. Whether you're looking to rent or purchase, we start with a brief pre-screening call to review your qualifications, answer your questions, and walk you through the showing process.
For rental properties, we'll also review the qualification requirements so you know what to expect before visiting the home. It's a simple conversation that helps us make sure we're starting on the right foot.
A note about Sundays: Our office is closed, but we're still available to assist with previously confirmed Sunday showings.
