5604 Pine Rock Court, Wake Forest NC: Nearly 4,000 Sq Ft, a Heated Saltwater Pool & One Seriously Impressive Home
Some homes give you a few good features. I apparently missed that memo. 😏 Nearly 4,000 square feet, four upstairs bedrooms, two downstairs flex rooms, an oversized game-day room with a custom bar, a three-car garage, a screened porch, a wooded backyard, and a heated saltwater pool are all waiting for you at 5604 Pine Rock Court in Wake Forest.
But I am not going to lead with the pool. I have far too much going on inside for that.
Walk through my front door and I make an entrance properly. My two-story foyer rises above hardwood floors with detailed millwork, graceful columns, and decorative ironwork along the staircase. There is a polished sense of scale here from the very beginning, but I am still a home meant to be lived in, not admired from behind a velvet rope.
My formal dining room is ready for holidays, celebrations, long dinners, takeout on the good plates, and whatever else your household decides qualifies as an occasion. 🍷
Then there is my two-story living room, and this is where things get dramatic in the best possible way. A soaring wall of windows brings in beautiful natural light, hardwood floors stretch beneath you, and the fireplace with custom built-ins gives the room warmth and architectural presence. It is impressive, yes, but it is also where everyone is going to end up anyway. Movie nights, lazy Saturdays, long conversations, and "one more episode" somehow becoming three all fit nicely here.
My kitchen understands that a beautiful home still needs to handle Tuesday night dinner. Granite countertops, a generous center island, gas cooktop, double wall ovens, stainless appliances, abundant cabinetry, and pantry storage give you room to actually cook without negotiating for counter space. A brand-new refrigerator will be installed before move-in. Dinner can be homemade. Dinner can also arrive in a paper bag. I am equally supportive.
Need space that can change with your life? I have two downstairs flex rooms because apparently one was not enough. One includes built-ins and can work beautifully as a bedroom, private office, or study. The second has previously been used as a workout room and can become another office, gym, studio, hobby room, or whatever your household needs next. Two people working from home without sharing six square feet of desk space? Revolutionary. 💻
Upstairs, my primary suite gets the attention it deserves with a tray ceiling, natural light from the wall of windows backdrop, hardwood floors, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities, soaking tub, separate shower, private water closet, and generous storage.
And I am absolutely not treating the other three upstairs bedrooms like a footnote. Those are three real rooms with real possibilities for sleeping, studying, hobbies, growing families, or simply having enough space to close a door and enjoy a little peace. Another full bath with dual sinks helps the morning routine move along without turning brushing teeth into a competitive sport.
Then comes the oversized game-day room with its own custom bar. 🏈🎱🍿 Football, movies, billiards, cards, game tables, snacks, or a second lounge all make sense here. Better yet, the kitchen does not have to become concession headquarters every time people come over. I planned ahead.
Even the laundry room came prepared. Upper and lower cabinetry, counter space, a utility sink, and room to keep everything organized make the chore considerably less offensive. A brand-new washer and dryer will be installed before move-in.
Now we can go outside.
My large screened porch overlooks the wooded backyard and gives you one of those spaces that quickly becomes part of your daily routine. Morning coffee. Dinner outside. A rainy afternoon with nowhere you need to be. An evening when the weather is too good to waste indoors. 🌿
Step beyond the porch and deck and you will find mature trees, established landscaping, generous lawn space, and a private fenced pool area.
And yes, now we can talk about that pool.
Heated. In-ground. Saltwater. Right in your own backyard. ☀️ No loading the car with towels. No hauling everything across town. No wondering whether every chair is already taken. Walk outside, open the gate, and decide how ambitious you feel. Swim laps, play, float, or accomplish absolutely nothing. Pool service is included, which is exactly how I believe your relationship with pool maintenance should work.
My three-car garage gives vehicles, bikes, tools, and storage enough room to coexist without turning every departure into a puzzle. Add the generous driveway, mature landscaping, and private wooded setting, and I give you breathing room without pushing you out of reach of Wake Forest, Rolesville, and Raleigh.
The nearly 4,000 square feet may be what catches your attention. The way you can live here is what will stay with you.
Coffee on the screened porch. Everyone having a room of their own. Game night upstairs. Dinner around the table. Quiet workdays with an actual office door. Summer afternoons in the pool. Then pulling into the driveway, walking inside, and feeling the rest of the world get a little quieter.
If that sounds like the kind of home you have been hoping would finally show up in your Wake Forest rental search, come meet me. Call my listing broker for all the details 919.866.9302
