Apex, I've Had a Glow-Up! Meet Your Next Single-Family Rental in Sunset Hills

by Tamisha Lane

Well, hello there, house hunter!

I'm 103 Doves Haven Drive, and before you go falling in love with another pretty kitchen on the internet, I think we should talk.

I'm a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath single-family home in Apex, North Carolina, and I've been doing a little work on myself lately.

Actually, quite a bit of work.

New flooring? Check. New carpet? Absolutely. Fresh interior paint? You bet. Updated bathrooms? Of course. Stainless steel appliances and a brand-new range? Oh, NOW we're talking!

And that's just the beginning.

I've Got the Looks, but I'm Bringing the Comfort, Too!

You know that feeling when you walk through the door, kick off your shoes, and immediately feel yourself relax?

That's the kind of relationship I'm looking for.

My living room has plenty of natural light and an electric fireplace that's practically asking for cozy evenings, your favorite television series, and a blanket you have absolutely no intention of sharing.

I've got an eat-in kitchen for your everyday meals and a separate dining room for those occasions when you want to feel a little fancy.

And my kitchen? She's ready to WORK. With stainless steel appliances and a brand-new range, you might even find yourself cooking more often.

Or not. Takeout is still a perfectly respectable life choice.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and generous closet space. Two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs help keep everyday routines moving.

And let's not forget my two-car garage.

Because sometimes having a dedicated place for your vehicles, seasonal decorations, and all those things you swear you're going to organize someday is its own kind of luxury.

Wait Until You See What I've Got Outside!

Now, let's talk about my BACKYARD!

I'm talking fenced outdoor space, mature trees, a brick patio, and a wooden pergola that gives the whole place a little extra charm.

Morning coffee outside? Absolutely.

An afternoon with a good book? Please do.

A quiet evening enjoying your own backyard? Now you're speaking my language!

I've got the trees, the shade, and the space. You bring the patio furniture and your favorite beverage!

And the best part? You get to enjoy all this while living in an established Apex neighborhood.

Not too shabby, right?

And My Apex Location? Oh, You're Going to Like This!

I'm in Sunset Hills, where residential neighborhood living meets the convenience of the surrounding Triangle.

Historic Downtown Apex is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. Salem Street has local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and that charming downtown atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Hungry? Scratch Kitchen & Taproom and Salem Street Pub are among the dining options worth exploring.

Need to run errands? Between Apex, Holly Springs, and the Beaver Creek shopping area, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, retail shopping, pharmacies, and everyday conveniences.

Prefer being outdoors? Bass Lake Park, Ting Park, and area greenways offer plenty of ways to get moving and enjoy some fresh air.

And when the workweek calls, connections through NC Highway 55, US-1, and US-64 provide routes toward Cary, Raleigh, Holly Springs, Research Triangle Park, and other Triangle destinations.

Medical services, fitness facilities, and other essentials are available throughout the surrounding communities.

Sunset Hills also has a community swimming pool, another neighborhood feature to appreciate.

So yes, I'm conveniently located. But I also know how nice it feels to come home to your own space after a busy day.

So, Are We Doing This?

Here's what I bring to the relationship.

Three bedrooms. Two and a half bathrooms. A two-car garage. Refreshed interiors. Updated bathrooms. A brand-new range. An electric fireplace. A fenced backyard with a pergola and patio.

And an Apex location that gives you plenty to enjoy beyond my front door.

I'm not promising that I'll make your morning coffee or fold your laundry.

But I can certainly give you a lovely place to do both.
