3611 Elm Grove Lane, Raleigh, NC: Three Suites, Three Levels & A Whole Lot of Cute

by Tamisha Lane

Okay, Raleigh. I Know Iโ€™m Cute. ๐Ÿ˜

ย

Some rental homes are perfectly happy to quietly sit there and let you scroll past them.

I am not one of those homes.ย Hi. ๐Ÿ‘‹ Iโ€™m 3611 Elm Grove Lane in Raleigh, and quite frankly, I have a lot going for me.

Iโ€™m crisp. Iโ€™m clean. Iโ€™m move-in ready. I have three levels, a one-car garage, a gorgeous kitchen, two outdoor spaces, closets everywhere and a floor plan that deserves considerably more attention than Iโ€™m willing to pretend it doesnโ€™t.

But we need to discuss the main event first.

๐Ÿ› THREE BEDROOMS. THREE PRIVATE FULL BATHROOMS. THREE SUITES.

Yes.ย Three. Suites.

Not one primary bedroom and two other bedrooms fighting over a bathroom.

Not somebody leaving toothpaste in somebody else's sink.

Not a morning schedule requiring negotiations worthy of an international peace summit.

Every bedroom gets its own full bathroom. ๐Ÿ™Œ

And that completely changes how I live.

Roommates? Everybody gets privacy.

Need separation between bedrooms? Oh, I have separation.

Want a home office that doesn't feel like you shoved a desk into the corner of the living room? Keep reading.

Have someone who needs a bedroom and bathroom without trekking all the way upstairs? Already handled.

This isn't just a three-bedroom Raleigh townhome.ย My floor plan actually makes sense for real life.

๐ŸŒฟ First Floor: Your "Leave Me Alone for a Minute" Suite

Open my front door and we're starting with a surprise.

There is a large first-floor suite with its own full bathroom.

And I LOVE this room.ย It's tucked away from the main living spaces and has its own door leading outside. That makes it incredibly flexible for anyone who appreciates a little separation from the rest of the household.

Bedroom? Absolutely.

Office? Yep.

Private retreat where you close the door and pretend you can't hear what's happening two floors above you?

I support boundaries. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Outside, I'm not going to lie to you and pretend there's a sprawling backyard hiding back there. There isn't.

But there's enough room for a lounger or two, some sunshine and a little fresh air. โ˜€๏ธ Sometimes that's exactly what you need.

My one-car garage is on this level too, giving you covered parking plus another place for the things you own but don't necessarily want hanging out in your living room.

Now come upstairs.

Because I've been saving the pretty part. ๐Ÿ˜

๐Ÿค That Kitchen Island Is Absolutely Going to Become Command Central

Take my beautiful wood stairs up to the main level and...

BAM.

There she is.

A bright white kitchen anchored by an oversized quartz island that is approximately three seconds away from becoming the center of your entire life.

Morning coffee? โ˜• Island.

Dinner prep? Island.

Laptop? Island.

Takeout containers? Island.

Amazon box you brought inside and haven't opened yet?

Obviously the island. ๐Ÿ˜‚

There's room for barstools, plenty of prep space, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and enough storage to keep the counters looking as clean as they do in the pictures.

And because the kitchen is open to the rest of the main level, you're not boxed away from everything else.

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Dinner Over Here. Couch Over There. Everybody Gets Some Space.

On one side of my kitchen is a dedicated dining area with access to a small private deck.

Open the door. Step outside. Take your coffee with you. ๐ŸŒค๏ธ

It's just enough outdoor space to enjoy without signing yourself up for an entire Saturday of yard work.

On the opposite side of the kitchen is a spacious living area.

And this matters.

You aren't trying to squeeze your sofa between the refrigerator and dining table while convincing yourself that "open concept" means everything should occupy the same 12 feet.

There's breathing room here.

Living happens over there.

Dining happens over here.

The giant island happily rules the middle.

As she should. ๐Ÿ‘‘

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Now Let's Go Find Suite #2

Up another level and we arrive at the primary suite.

Walk-in closet? Check. ๐Ÿ‘—

Double-sink vanity? Check.

Walk-in shower? Check.

Enough bathroom counter space that two people shouldn't have to stack their belongings vertically?

CHECK. ๐Ÿ˜‚

The bathroom feels bright, clean and uncomplicated, and the walk-in closet gives you actual storage instead of one sad little rod asking you to make difficult wardrobe decisions.

And storage is something I do particularly well.

There are closets everywhere.

You know all that stuff that magically follows humans from house to house?

Vacuum.

Suitcases.

Holiday decorations.

Shoes.

Towels.

The mysterious box of cords nobody is emotionally prepared to throw away because one of them might belong to something important.

I have places for things. ๐Ÿ™Œ

๐Ÿงบ Laundry Is Upstairs Where Your Clothes Actually Live

My washer and dryer are already included and tucked conveniently into the third-floor hall closet.

Which means laundry happens on the same floor as two of my three bedrooms.

No hauling baskets down to the garage.

No basement expeditions.

No cardio program disguised as laundry day.

You're welcome. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

๐Ÿšฟ And Then I Do It AGAIN

Remember when I said three suites?

I meant it.

My third bedroom also has its own full bathroom.

So let's count one more time:

First-floor bedroom + private bathroom.

Primary bedroom + private bathroom.

Third bedroom + private bathroom.

Three bedrooms.

Three private full bathrooms.

Plus a half bath on the main living level.

๐ŸŽค That is what we call a floor plan with manners.

๐Ÿ“ And Yes, My Raleigh Location Matters Too

I'm located in the Elm Grove community in Raleigh, near the Trawick Road and Skycrest Drive area, giving you convenient access to major Raleigh corridors including I-440, US-401 and US-64.

That puts Downtown Raleigh and WakeMed Raleigh Campus within easy reach, while North Hills and Raleigh Iron Works add plenty of options when you're ready to get out of the house.

And I suppose occasionally you should.

Even though I'm adorable.

๐Ÿ”‘ So...When Are You Coming Over?

Here's the situation.

I'm three levels of crisp, clean, ridiculously functional Raleigh living with a floor plan that solves problems you may not have realized your current home was creating.

๐Ÿก Three bedrooms
๐Ÿ› Three private full bathrooms + half bath
โœจ First-floor private suite
๐Ÿค Oversized quartz kitchen island
๐Ÿด Stainless steel appliances
๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ Spacious main-level living area
๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Dedicated dining space
๐ŸŒค๏ธ Private deck
๐Ÿ‘— Walk-in closet
๐Ÿšฟ Walk-in primary shower
๐Ÿชž Double-sink primary vanity
๐Ÿงบ Washer & dryer included
๐Ÿ“ฆ So. Much. Closet. Space.
๐Ÿš— One-car garage
๐Ÿ“ Raleigh location with convenient access around the city

I'm 3611 Elm Grove Lane.

I'm cute.

I'm clean.

I'm ready.

And with THREE private suites, I'm absolutely not interested in pretending I'm just another three-bedroom townhome.

Come see me before somebody else realizes exactly how good we've got it here. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ”‘
