"Excuse me... do you have a minute?

I'd introduce myself properly, but I'm still being enjoyed by another resident. My professional photo shoot hasn't happened yet either, so you'll have to use your imagination for just a little while.

Here's what I can tell you.

I'm a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome with a one-car garage tucked inside one of North Raleigh's most popular neighborhoods, 5401 North.

Life here is about more than having a beautiful place to come home to. It's about stepping outside your front door and having options.

Morning walk? There are sidewalks and walking trails waiting.

Need to cool off? Head over to the community pool.

Trying to stay active? Skip the drive and take advantage of the neighborhood fitness center.

Have a four-legged family member? They'll probably vote the dog park as their favorite feature.

The parks, playgrounds, clubhouse, and green spaces create the kind of neighborhood where people actually spend time outside instead of driving somewhere else to enjoy the day.

Of course, if you do need to leave, you're only minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and convenient access to I-540, making it easy to get just about anywhere in the Triangle.

Inside, I've been designed for everyday living. Whether you're hosting friends, working from home, relaxing after work, or simply enjoying a quiet weekend, there's room to settle in and make yourself at home.

I'm not quite ready for visitors just yet, but I will be soon.
